From concept to customer, all under one roof.

Group55 is built to help brands bring products to market smoothly, safely and at scale. Everything we need to do that sits within a single UK site – removing complexity, shortening lead times and giving our partners clear visibility from development through to delivery.

Operating from our 135,000 sq ft, 8.5‑acre facility in Chorley, Lancashire, we support personal care, home care and pet care brands with end‑to‑end manufacturing capability.

From formulation to fulfilment

  1. Formulation & Development

Product development and innovation at Group55 is led by an experienced in‑house technical team working closely with commercial and manufacturing colleagues from the outset. This ensures formulations are not only innovative and fit for purpose, but practical, compliant and ready to scale. Clear development stages, structured sampling and Silver Seal approval give partners confidence that what works in development works in production.

  2. Manufacturing Designed for Flexibility

Our manufacturing operation is designed to flex around brand needs, not restrict them. With 13 flexible production lines, 20 mixing vessel from 500kg to 5 tonnes, and support for a wide range of formats and pack types, we can scale production efficiently as volumes grow. Minimum order quantities from 5,000 units make us accessible for launches, while our capacity and infrastructure support long‑term growth.

  3. Packing, Co‑Packing & Fulfilment

Manufacturing is supported by in‑house packing, warehousing and fulfilment, all operating from the same site. This creates a seamless flow from production to dispatch, reducing handovers and risk. Whether supporting retail supply, D2C orders or campaign launches, our fulfilment operation is built to scale and adapt alongside our partners.

Supply chain thinking, not just manufacturing

Behind every product is a supply chain that needs to be resilient, cost‑effective and well‑planned.

Our purchasing and planning teams work closely with customers to support forecasting, manage materials and mitigate risk. Suppliers are approved through a structured, risk‑based process, with ongoing review to support continuity, quality and responsible sourcing.

This joined‑up approach helps reduce disruption, control costs and keep production moving — even as conditions change
