Your product has been formulated in the lab and you love it, now it’s time to scale it up! Our production process is centred around quality, flexibility and efficiency. Using cutting-edge machinery, we can manufacture bulk for a variety of product types and fill a wide range of packaging types including tubes, bottles, pouches and jars.

The raw materials needed for your product are picked from our racking and taken to our dedicated measuring room. Each ingredient is precisely weighed and placed in a movable cage to be taken to one of our mixing rooms.
The weighed ingredients are taken to a mixing room where they are added to the mixing vessels one by one in accordance with the product specification until your bulk is formed. Once complete, the bulk is pumped into an arlington, ready for production.
A sample of your product is removed from the mixing vessel and taken to our lab to have the pH and viscosity tested to ensure this aligns with the approved lab sample. A further sample is also taken and sent for external testing known as TVC - Total Viable Count to check no bacteria has entered the bulk and that the product preservatives are working.
Once the TVC results have come back clear, we'll send your bulk to our production hall to be filled! Our state of the art machinery allows us to fill in various packaging sizes. Your product will be filled, labelled and capped ready for quality checks.
Once your products have passed our quality checks, they'll be packed into your outer boxes and stacked onto pallets ready for their next destination.
